Advertising, Retargeting, and Cookies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies on our Site to understand how visitors use the Site and to deliver advertising that is relevant to them. This includes retargeting (also called remarketing), which allows us to show ads to people who have previously visited our Site as they browse other websites, apps, and social media platforms.
We may work with the following third-party advertising and analytics providers, and may add or remove providers over time:
- Google — including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Google remarketing tag;
- Meta Platforms — including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for Facebook and Instagram advertising;
- LinkedIn — including the LinkedIn Insight Tag for advertising and conversion tracking;
- Microsoft — including the Microsoft Advertising (Bing) UET tag; and
- Other analytics, hosting, form, CRM, and email/SMS providers we use to operate the Site.
These providers may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, actions taken, and advertising identifiers, and may combine this information with data they already have about you. This allows us and them to:
- Measure ad performance and conversions;
- Show you ads for ION Rectifiers products on third-party sites and platforms after you visit our Site;
- Build custom and lookalike audiences of users who resemble our existing visitors and customers; and
- Suppress ads from being shown to users who have already converted or unsubscribed.
We use the following categories of cookies on our Site:
- Functional cookies — remember selections you make on our Site so they are saved for your next visit;
- Analytical cookies — help us improve the design and functionality of the Site by collecting data on how you access and use it;
- Targeting/advertising cookies — collect data on how you use the Site and your interests so that we and our advertising partners can show you relevant ads on other websites and platforms; and
- Third-party cookies — created by a website other than ours (such as the providers listed above) for analytics and advertising purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of many advertising cookies through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page, the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance, and the opt-out settings within your Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft accounts. Disabling cookies may reduce the quality of your experience on our Site.

These providers only receive the data they need to perform their services and are contractually required to protect it.
SMS/Text Messaging Data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or the contents of text conversations with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging provider and support tools necessary to deliver our SMS program.

- If the law requires it;
- If it is required for any legal proceeding;
- To prove or protect our legal rights; and
- To buyers or potential buyers of this company in the event that we seek to sell the company.
If you follow hyperlinks from our Site to another site, please note that we are not responsible for and have no control over their privacy policies and practices.
How Long We Store Personal Data

How We Protect Your Personal Data
In order to protect your security, we use the strongest available browser encryption and store all of our data on servers in secure facilities. All data is only accessible to our employees and authorized service providers. Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a breach of this agreement would result in the employee’s termination.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible.
